Error code 5.155.55 on Canon printers

Error code 5,155,55 , is a communication error between the scanner and the computer. This error could appears with Canon printer
Solution 1:

• Power off and unplug the printer from the computer.
• Uninstall the Canon software.
• Restart the computer and download the last Canon driver
• Install the driver and restart Windows
• Reconnect the printer and switch it on.

Solution 2:

• Check for the USB cable: it must be connected to the back of the printer.
• Try another USB cable.

• Connect the USB cable on another USB port of the computer.
